South Bend basement rock history

Anyone remember Crain? Another fine Louisville, KY band (that crazy town also responsible for Slint and Rodan, among others) that played in South Bend in spring of '94, at the same show as Unwound. I also saw them in DC at the Working Holiday festival that year. They were a lot of fun live. And their drummer liked emiLy. Naturally that made me happy....

Apparently their first album was just reissued:
